I found a flash game that looks a lot like League of Legends. It's called Minions.

The game is 2D. There is a lot less characters and there is no shop but the game is still pretty fun. (I didn't feel like making a new thread for it.)

I can see the Deathcap getting a nerf in terms of its flat AP, or the %. Just sayin'.

Oh god, those boots, so good on Lux. And something that gives armor + AP? I forget who that would be good on now, awesome!

Its good in a sense that the power was removed from the armor, but the armor is STILL fucking powerful as hell. So they nerfed the 25% and reduced it by 20, big fucking whoop now you get 50 armor. LOLMORECASTER SURVIVABILITY.

I see em getting nerfed, or the cost being raised to something around 4500

I would see improvement on Rammus because of his curl since they re-worked it:
+ to his armor & AP to return even higher damage if attacked.
Add his taunt against any AS hero and its gg.

I like the boots but dislike the zhonyas change very much.

Zhonyas needs to be taken out completely, imo. They made the "ring" more powerful (+30 AP, 5% total AP), slightly decreased its cost (3460 --> 3300), and split the active that rarely saves you anyways into a perfect item for Sion. The fuck, Riot?

The boots, however, are acceptable. They're most likely going to replace sorcerer's boots, due to the obscenely low cost for their CD redux, too. I'd be fine with them only having 10%.

I'd much rather have magic pen on casters than CDR, but CDR is good for those physi champs who specialize in spells (gplank, ezreal, panth, etc), plus those guys don't have any good boots (besides merc treads which are good on anyone)
