When do we start? 
It's a bit tough distributing 12 roles amongst 12 people (since Phobos won't play Piracy mafia), I can either add NPCs and have them behave in predefined patterns, or wait for more signups. I'm a bit disappointed by the fact that there are people who voted in the poll but didn't sign up (*cough*Nude*cough*).

Piece of advice: Don't decide the exact setup before all the players join. I always tweak the setup to cater to the number of players.

I don't do that; the setup is decided when I think the number of players is high enough to start the game, but it's hard to get the roles distributed equally and fairly with only 13 players. I'll extend the signups for another week.
