1) Why can't we see who bought tickets for the raffles? :massimo:
2) Why can't we see when the Magic Boxes will be reset?

None.

Master has given Dobby a doctorate! Dobby is free!

I've got another, and it's actually what I thought the topic was about: Why only 2 games? We could get something like Three-Card Monte where we have a little .gif or something that shuffles 3 cards together too fast for anyone to really tell, and give them a 1/3 chance of winning, and winners get 40 minerals for their 20 mineral bet. We could get something like a 6-sided dice, with options on what to bet on...specific number pays out at 80 (4:1), a group of 2 (1+2, 3+4, 5+6) gets 40 2:1), and even/odd pays out at 30 (1.5:1) or something.

Essentially, I want moar games on this gaming website :awesome:

We can't explain the universe, just describe it; and we don't know whether our theories are true, we just know they're not wrong. >Harald Lesch

Then make them poison. This is pretty much what is stopping games from being added. Nobody codes them.

Besides this is not a site for random php/flash/whatever games it's a StarCraft website.

I haz no coding ability, and even if I did I really doubt it'll get added. I can try to learn just for you, though, nude

Not for me, for you. ;)
I don't care much for games.

Right, well, since I'm going to take that challenge seriously, especially since Three Card Monte seems rather simplistic to code, at least compared to the dice idea. If anyone knows a little about coding I wouldn't be above receiving help.

I'm questioning why is this even a topic. I'll answer anyways.

1) Why can't we see who bought tickets for the raffles?

Surprise I suppose. Why would you want to know who bought a ticket anyways? It's not like that person has +1 more luck points than you. Unless you gave someone money so they can buy another raffle and split winnings with you, I suggest that people should remain anonymous when buying raffles. I mean...irl, people don't show a board about who bought a raffle ticket.
You can't force someone to not buy a raffle ticket and harass them if they buy one. Is that your purpose of asking this question?

2) Why can't we see when the Magic Boxes will be reset?
It says reset every 13 hours. Find a time when it restarts and monitor it from there. Need a I say more?

As for the additional games on SEN, I'm sure we are capable of adding a game SIMILAR to magic boxes can we? The only purpose here is that we need a lower pay-in and pay-out, since 20 minerals for a magic box game and receiving mostly 0 minerals is simply too much of a cutthroat price.

None.

Me and Farty were discussing like a scratch card mini game / item with a very small buy in price (around 5 minerals) so more people could play some crazy games, though I'm not sure if he's actually going to do it.

Well, if I get my way with PHP, I'll add it in so you can bet between 5 and 20 minerals on the 3CM.

1) Then why aren't you complaining about Magic Boxes showing the names of people? It's just a little feature that could make it a bit more funny.
2) Raffles' reset is supposed to be periodic as well, though we do have the timer... get it?

As for SEN Games ideas, if anyone is interested:

1)Because it's good to know who's the sucker that chose that 0-120 box. It obviously does not matter who bought a raffle ticket. It's just more superfluous work.

2) There's a difference between knowing when the raffle is drawn and when the magic boxes are reset.

"Boxes reset every 13 hours." There's your timer.

Zoan -- of course it isn't full understanding. You could ask "is the mechanism by which this counterexample blows up the ONLY mechanism possible for an initial configuration to blow up?"
[05:48 pm]
Zoan -- ppl do it all the time in PDEs
[05:47 pm]
Zoan -- Heinermann
Heinermann shouted: it also didn't solve that problem but hey as long as the investors are pleased
Constructing a counterexample is answering the question: "Is Navier Stokes well posed?" in the negative
[05:44 pm]
NudeRaider -- I only heard about it, didn't any news article, so what did it do then?
[05:43 pm]
Heinermann -- it also didn't solve that problem but hey as long as the investors are pleased
[05:39 pm]
NudeRaider -- I have no idea tbh. All I know no human was ever able to solve it, but there's at least a few that beat portal ;)
[05:32 pm]
Zoan -- Navier Stokes is not that esoteric I thought
[04:32 pm]
NudeRaider -- Zoan
Zoan shouted: I find it kind of sad that on the same day it was announced AI solved Navier Stokes, it was also announced AI beat Portal, and there's a good deal of people who don't know which is more impressive
you find it sad not everyone is a math nerd?
[03:25 pm]
NudeRaider -- (and yes, I capitalized that correctly :ego:)
[03:24 pm]
NudeRaider -- Symmetry
Symmetry shouted: Hi not I'm dad
Hi dad, I'm nude
