[color=#CE091D]I watched this movie map years ago. I found it very interesting. So I've decided to do a remake of the series for SC2. It's gonna have the same script, but with camera angles and stuff. It'll have different terrain, and be more cinematic than its predecessor.

The series is done and over with. All episodes are on Battle.net right now. Report any problems in this thread (or in a showcase thread if I make one)

I'm not adding onto the series, I'll leave that up to him if he somehow decides to continue it. I'm simply re-creating the original 3 episodes.


Currently, it has a red... immortal. But that's only 'til SC2 comes out and I can replace it with the Reaver. ^.^

This project is on hold 'till I can get my hands on a Reaver model. :\

Gotta model (good quality or not), so it's about ready to release. Adjustments are being made here and there to make it more authentic (IE replacing units with classic units, etc.)

Good news. The first 2 episodes are officially uploaded on Battle.net. If you can find 'em, feel free to watch. The final episode will be released when it's ready.

Can you make a video of the maps for people that don't have Starcraft 2?

I can just post up the original SC1 maps for the people who don't have SC2.

Anyway, in case anyone is wondering, I did give Artanis permission to make this port, provided I retain proper credit.

I already saw the original SC1 version a lot (I used to host it over and over on battle.net) I just want to see how the SC2 version looks like.

I just tested the sc2 version... and it is incredible! In my opinion the perfect conversion possible for sc2! Awesome camera settings, very low spelling grammar, nice terrain, and good old bad moose jokes

I'll be working on my other maps when I'm done with this series. I'm nearing completion of Zergling Blood. Just doing what testing I can while on a satellite connection.

its a damn shame ive never heard of this for SC1...

Probert the Probe Episode 3 has officially been successfully published onto Battle.net 2.0. Report any noticeable bugs or stuff that seems wrong (aside from the intentional misspellings) here. I'll go back to working on my other, non-cinematic maps now.
