I was... The image randomizer i was using broke and i left it on hoping it will come back up but it looks like i need to find a new one.

There's some minor things that may or may not have been intentional: You forgot the headband and the eyes are smaller than in the typical anime style.
I have no idea what an animated spray is, but I can give you each frame so you can do what you want with it.
