Come on, fix it. It's hard to use. I'm trying to go back and give Karma to those who helped me in Tech, but I can't. At least let us given one Karma PER PERSON every 24 hours.

That actually is probably one of the best ideas I've heard in awhile. It narrows abuse on individuals to near to nil, but allows for tons of karma use.

We are having big plans and Karma might be removed at all.
HOWEVER, I guess I'll simply remove the cooldown.

I just clicked the green + to test it out and it worked just fine for me. I do not know if it actually worked on your profile, but on my end it worked just fine and I can see that your post now has a "1" instead of a "0".

I then tried testing it on TiKels, but it did not work, I'm pretty sure it's a time delay to ensure that we don't spam each other with karma.

Yea, there is a time-limit: you can karma only once every hour, because of reasons you already said.
EDIT: And yes, it does affect the profile, just ensured that.

Giving Centreri positive karma is like giving anyone else negative karma; it's bad for him ;o.
