Hm, Sac. I really like programming. I just really don't like C. A lot. I think I get where you're coming from, though. You like having a box because it keeps you from being overwhelmed by the possibilities -- is that what you're saying? (Sorta like how Monk, from the eponymous TV show, did that thing with his hands -- he "framed" what he was looking at, to block out distractions from his peripheral vision. He put it in a box so he could comprehend it in more detail.)
I, for one, welcome our new boxless overlords.
None.
@Sac, the scripting language is similiar to C. However, you can still do everything graphically.
I sure hope I can do EVERYTHING graphically. I have not used the editor, so I have a question, can we use mathematical expressions in place of variables (aka functions), because then I absolutely must start mapping sc2.

It's not so much that I can't work in a boxless space. It's just that I work best with limitations. It gives me markers that I enjoy tremendously to think around. But then again, I'm an intuitive thinker, so it is very hard for me to explain exactly what I mean by thinking. I love coming up with creative solutions. How does that sound?
I actually have an idea in my head for a very complex and in depth sc2 map. Though as I said before. Keep it simple and it will be the most fun.

I dedicate this song to SCI mapping.

We can't explain the universe, just describe it; and we don't know whether our theories are true, we just know they're not wrong. >Harald Lesch

Then all I have to say to you is gogo, start SC2 mapping.
(What fail attempt at an incredibly powerful editor would GE be without that capability?!)

The UI is still terribly unfriendly though; be prepared to make a huge jump.
