I didn't put a disable dialog action in for when you reach the max level because of the OR conditions not working properly.
I pretty much just wanted to show off my UI.

On my 2560x1600 resolution, the popup to build a new tower or upgrade a current one would often appear very far away from the tower I selected, sometimes even off the screen when I select a tower in the middle of the screen.

The mouse click position on resolutions that high must be different. Actually it may be different on any resolution other than 1920x1080.
If so I'll have to make an option to select your screen resolution at the start and offset the mouse clicks.
Testing different screen resolutions now.
EDIT: Dang different resolutions do change where it pops up at. I could use some testers on resolutions greater than 1920x1080 but not for a while.
