I heard that a specific extended unit can raise the cap for Psi/Control/Supply for all players to 1000 each, as is done in Poker Defense; does anyone know what exactly needs to be done to raise the cap, and if it affects all 3 races at once?

I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.

Our wiki is wise.
