The player color on minimap is green, although the unit I use is yellow. Can I change the green into yellow?

The unit on the minimap is green because its representing your units. what do you mean by change green into yellow? change the player setting and set yellow to green so the marine will be green?

I meant, can the color of the player units on the minimap be changed from green to yellow, because the player units are also yellow.

Your own units will always be bright green on the minimap regardless of the unit/player color.
Everyone else sees your player color.

shift+tab once changes the minimap colors to allies: yellow, yourself: green, opponents: red
shift+tab twice changes the minimap colors AND in game colors to the above

Shift +Tab again will reset to original.

Your own units will always be bright green on the minimap. Certain Extended colors may look different colors (136 is black on both map and units, 135 I think is green on map, but black on units)
