I expect it to sell at a disappointing rate for apple. Perhaps the other pc manufacturers will follow suit and improve on iPad's serious limitations. In any case, it's going to take away people who want a laptop/kindle, but don't want both. It's also pretty luxury compared to a netbook (I'd rather have a netbook than a tablet without a keyboard).

Seriously, smart phones does everything this Ipad does, but fits in your pocket, is very easy to write short to medium texts (around 200 words is easily doable), looks cooler and supports people from mah great country (BB is canadian, hellz yea)

Take me as an example, in my country we have really lame iphone plans, if I were to buy an iphone I'd be paying like $500 dollars for one plus being tied up to pay $64 dollars monthly for a poor ammount of data transferings and only like 120 minutes or 90 for other companies. (Can't remember what was it but it was REALLY lame)
The ipod is just fine, though, I do sometimes wish it was an iphone so I didn't have to carry both, my cellphone and my ipod.
