If you don't want this to die payne you need to take some initiative. Start pairing people up who don't have teams and don't care who they're with (like me)

I left Gigins without team. If he doesn't seems to be interested in any team in particular for the next few days, I'll put him in a team.

Payne, you should encourage players to manage the teams themselves. Putting random players together in the 1st post doesn't make them a team, I guess.
