SCMD Fatal Error?

Alright so tonight my computer was lagging and being slow so i went and did a system restore
all seemed fine, most things were still there
I went to go open SCMD and i got this message:
Fatal Error: Failed to Load Primary MPQ (Stardat.mpq)
So i went and i checked my Starcraft folder and it was there
anyone know whats wrong? :boxed:

reinstall starcraft.

Why did you do a system restore?

Comp was being slow as hell
Really i have to reinstall?
EDIT: Nvm i dont know if i made a smart move but it worked
I just made copies of the mpqs and put them in my scmd folder
