I think i get what you are saying
Awesome thank rockz
but how would i make a dc timer for Shield points?
Well, add 14 to a DC every hyper trigger, and you'll have an approximate value for shields. When you use the spell, I assume you set the shields to 0. If you want the dc to be in terms of whole shield points, add 1 to a separate DC for every 256 you accumulate.

Edit: Friend wants me to develop a skill in his map
Hes asking if i can make the units hp drop by 10% without any visual aspects
Is this possible?
And if so am i right by that the byte offset is 256?
Or is it percentage?
I don't understand what you want, but if it's deal 10% of current unit's life, then no. You'd have to detect each and every unit, have their life stored in a DC (hard to do), then modify the DC and respectively modify the HP (also hard to do). The byte offset is 256, ie... 100 HP in game is 25600 in an EUD.

And does anyone know the Unit ID for a Hunter Killer?
Wiki article on units. Search for Hunter Killer.

Zoan -- of course it isn't full understanding. You could ask "is the mechanism by which this counterexample blows up the ONLY mechanism possible for an initial configuration to blow up?"

Zoan -- ppl do it all the time in PDEs

Zoan -- Heinermann
Heinermann shouted: it also didn't solve that problem but hey as long as the investors are pleased
Constructing a counterexample is answering the question: "Is Navier Stokes well posed?" in the negative
