Hero burrowing problems

So in a map im making all the enemies are hero's. I noticed that when i set the "unit properties" of a zerg unit to "burrowed" it woldnt unvburrow when i came near it.
-Yes, i am its enemy.
-Yes, i have burrowed set to "researched"
The annoying thing is that the normal units wil all burrow when their alone and unburrow when an enemy is near.
SO, my question is.... Can i change a setting or run an AI Script that allows hero zerg units to burrow and unburrow like normal zerg units do???

You could order the hero units to attack to a certain location when an enemy unit appears near it, or have the hero unit become attacked. Both of those trigger the units to become unburrowed. I'm not sure, but what if you mix hero zerg units with normal ones? That way, the normal ones will pop up to attack, and when they attack the rest of the nearby hero units may start attacking as well.

Hero units have different Ai than normal units. So they won't unburrow unless they are ordered to move somewhere or are attacked IIRC

As for AI scripts, I don't believe so. What you CAN do, is make a loction the size of its vision approximately, and then run triggers similiar to this:

P8 owns the Devouring Ones. Force one is P8s enemy.

If P8 brings at least one Devouring One to Anywhere
P8 has suffered exactly 0 deaths of Cantina

Center location: devVision on Devouring one at anywhere.
Set deaths of Cantina to 1
Preserve

Trigger 2
P8 has suffered exactly 1 deaths of Cantina
Force 1 brings at least one unit to


Ignore that for the moment

yea there are hundreds of enemies as hero lings and hero hydras. I would like to have the burrow effect so that you are walking around and like 8 enemies come out of nowhere. I do have locations following my each player though... Could i just have a trigger that orders the burrowed unit to attack to location "Red" (the location that constantly follows my hero)
-->And if i did that trigger and it worked, would the one attacking hero, trigger others around it (that are burrowed) to attack me as well?

Easy fix would be to order the hero units at the locations following the players to patrol to that same locations every 2-5 seconds or so.

Hero units have no AI. They will attack the first unit they see if they can attack, or they will run away if they can't attack. Your best bet would be to implement a random spawn system or switch all the devs to lings.
