Is it possible to copy triggers by text editor?
As of in, in the "triggers" tab, there are 4 buttons, Classic Map Triggers, Classic Mission Briefing, Trigger Editor, Mission Briefing Editor.

Yes, before saving in the text editor hit the button with the 'check' mark on it. This will search for errors. If it doesn't say anything more specific than "Error at line X started; Error at line Y done" then it has been validated and is fine.
