Not really really a bug [Redacted]. If you are gettin disconnected repeatedly then it means that there is something going on with your system or network. Also, ironically enough, yours is the only disconnection issue with StarCraft that I've seen all day. I will however submit your email to the development team as a bug report on your behalf, but since it does not seem to be a widespread issue at all (the servers seem to be working just fine at the moment) the issue will most likely not go away until you try the steps I sent you previously. If you are still having problems configuring your connection correctly or if you do not know how to do it you will most likely need to contact your network administrator for further assitance.

Thanks for replying, but copying a large wall of text from somewhere won't help. You probably are already getting a lot of replies about this issue, whatever, it's a bug for sure.
Anyway we can keep playing the game the whole day. I attach the route file, however I'd prefer knowing if there's any chance that the support team reports/forwards the bug to any other team or not. Thanks.

If you are able to connect to Battle.net, but you are getting unexpectedly disconnected, this issue can be caused by several different things.

If you are using Windows 2000/XP/Vista please first verify you are playing under an Administrator Account. Some user accounts can be restricted to save the information needed for the games connection and this can cause a disconnection. * If you are using any type of firewall, router, or you are sharing your internet connection between several computers, you may need to set your system up to allow access to Battle.net. Step 2:
Test your Internet connection:

* Repeated use of third-party programs (hacks) - these include but are not limited to sending bad packets, flooding the server(s), and the use of hack programs.

Hello,

Blizzard's "Warden" anticheat system seems to be disconnecting a lot of people lately from Battle.net (atleast StarCraft players as far as I know, specially the ones with old cdkeys - I bought SC like 8 years ago or so). I'm having the problem myself and it's annoying getting kicked from the chat every 5 minutes or having to manually reconnect to battle.net<http://battle.net><http://battle.net> after each game. We know it's Warden's fault because we've tried some third party applications which disable it and the game seems to run fine.

It's probably far beyond the support team possibilities, but I'd like to know if Blizzard already knows about this bug and if Warden is going to be disabled or fixed anytime soon. Atleast for the battle.net<http://battle.net><http://battle.net> chat window. Thanks in advance.
