The map has five triggers (not including hypers) and three locations. The locations are all invisible, so use the locations section on the left side treeview of SCMDraft to view them.

Look at the triggers and then take a note of what you expect to happen. The play the map and take a note a which does happen. Then post here explaining why what happens happens.

I believe posting the map would help. ;)

Um? Is this some kind of joke? The triggers appear in the order I expect, so what's the point?

Order:
1) Location centered on "0x0 @ 1000x1000"
2) text "Unit X cord = 1000" doesn't display (tank is not in the location)
3) location centered on "0x0 @ 999x999"
4) text "Unit x cord = 999" displays (tank is in location)
5) text "I'm freaking out man!" displays
**next trigger loop**
6) text "Unit x cord = 1000" displays (the location is still on "0x0 @ 999x999")

If you enable Preserve Trigger on the first trigger (centering the location on x=1000), then "Unit X cord = 1000" will never display.

Well apparently it doesn't appear in the order morphling expects, nor in the order I expect.

If you center the inverted location, and then check to see if the unit is at that location. Why does it say "false" finish the trigger cycle and then say "true"?

Lethal explained it to you. Basically, the inverted location stays at the 999 position after the first trigger loop, hence, in the second trigger loop, the display 1000 trigger will run.

Oh that makes perfect sense. Whoops :(

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
