I have been trying to tweak a game to how i use to play last year, i looked all over just for the map and i finally found it but it's messed up . I need to find out how to change the default max for upgrades for my Goliaths, because atm i can only get 3 i tried changing max for ea player but it wont let me go higher then 3!! PLEASE HELP

It's under the Upgrades section, change the max level of your upgrade from 3 to what you want(255 max).

I tried that but like i said it wont go higher then 3

get a new map editor. scmdraft will allow you to do this.
