Upgraded vultures can escape, but non upgraded cannot(too big), and I forgot about Infested Terrans

It's too bad my location viewing hack doesn't show pixel locations..
None.
First of all thx to everyone for the help, especially Falkoner and Devourer who came up with it.
Second: I donīt use air units.
Third: Here is the List of Units i use.
- Broodlings
- Zerglings
- Upgraded Zerglings
- Upgraded Zealots
- Upgraded Hydralisks
- (Stimmed) Marines
- (Stimmed) Firebats
- Infested Terrans
- Ghost (Kerrigan)
- Medics
- Ultralisk
Adding the fact, that i have to use mass locations and triggering for the idea, i will not do it, althogh i still think it could have been fun.
Maybe i try it on another map someday.

They don't escape in testing, and give me a second while I plug them into the formula.
The formula doesn't seem to work, I think that the speed per pixels part is messed up, but that's what it says in DatEdit..
EDIT: If you divide the speed by two, and use that instead, it gets extremely close, close enough that the difference between 41.6.. milliseconds and 42 milliseconds might tip the balance.
http://www.staredit.net/wiki/Unit_Speedsin pixels/frame. Hyper triggers run every other frame. You can do the math. Zerglings/hyds/other iscript crazies have some frames where they move 11 pixels, and some where they move 4, so you'll have to take that into account as well.

Yeah, you just need to have their max speed..
And dang, r00k, bad luck
None.
Add DTs (Faster ones, not Zeratul)
There's quite a few more that I can't think of.
Infested Terrans Escape, and Vultures without upgrade can escape unless slowed down by some type of hypertrigs creation/moving a unit over it (Or under it, if you're moving a burrowed unit under it)
Lethal and I tested the Vultures
Zealots can out run it, if they're upgraded. (Including fenix)
Again, there's more, these just come to mind, and I didn't see them mentioned so far.
----Edit----
Oh, Shit, there's a whole second page
None.
Are you sure about the vultures without upgrades? I tested those, they were fine, too big.
None.
Did you test their motion in both axes and diagonal?
Pigy_G reminded me that Scarabs can outrun a 1x1 location.

Pigy_G reminded me that Scarabs can outrun a 1x1 location.
Can you even center locations on them..?
None.
Here's my theoretical list: (* indicates speed upgrade).
Nuclear Missile
Scarab
Spider Mine
Interceptor
Vulture*
Zergling*
Ultralisk*
Scourge
Broodling
Zealot*
Marine*
Firebat*
Infested Terran
Hydralisk*
Zergling
Dragoon
Dark Templar (Unit)
Infested Kerrigan
Dark Templar (Hero)
Zealot
Civilian
Firebat
Ghost
Sarah Kerrigan
Hydralisk
I'm unsure of the ghost units, hydralisk, and if marines should be included. They have a larger center than firebats, and thus may be able to handle the location.
If you want to test, test them moving DOWN, except for ghost units which should be horizontal. Most units have a very small positive y direction (zealots are 5 pixels, dts are 6 pixels, etc...)

Yes, you can.

I doubt Dragoons can escape. Marines and Firebats are of the same size I think. Falk, did you test Dark Templars?
None.
Dragoons are questionable. They are 32x32, so 16 and 15 from the center. They move based on iscript like so: 4,6,8,8,2,2,6,6. That means they move 16 frames possibly in a trigger cycle.
Firebats are wider, and have a shallow height. Remember that locations are centered on the CENTER of the unit, which is high for firebats, zealots, dark templars, etc...

I came up with a list for this months ago, but I can't seem to find it. You guys should also keep in mind that some heroes have different sized hitboxes then their regulars, like the Gui Montag and Firebat, so what they can outrun isn't necessarily the same.
None.
