I'm going to say do not vote Shocko. Let's examine the possibilities:
Shocko is telling the truth: Obviously we don't want to kill a doctor. Even if the mafia knows this, then we can still protect him an arbitrary amount each night. The mafia will have to waste a buttload of hits (there's only 4 of them) to kill him. This is obviously better than lynching him ourselves.
Shocko is lying (and is mafia): If we wait one night, we can get confirmation from the detectives. He dies tomorrow for sure if he is mafia. Given that there are only 4 mafia, this is a huge advantage for the town, even if we wait a night.
I think it's better to wait a night for confirmation. If he's telling the truth, it would be silly to kill him, and if he's lying, he's a dead man tomorrow.
I'll abstain for now.
