Shield Battery

Does anyone know how to get a cpu to use a shield battery?

I'm making a game where goon needs to heal when he's not in use.

Shield is his HP, for example 5000 shields and 1 hp, so when he's not in use his shields will recover. And when he's not in use he'll be placed somewhere at top near some shield batteries, so he'll be out of the way and not seen. And also the goon will be givin to a computer control player while not in use.

Have you tried running some melee ai scripts in the area?

If you run an AI script, you will have to have the shields be completely gone. They will not charge untill hulled, I beleive.

yeah, scm draft doesn't have exact descriptions to their scripts, but i tried quite a bit of them

Run any standard AI script, it doesn't have to be Protoss.
When the AI's units are low on shields, they will automatically recharge them.

Might be interrupted when units are in battle.
Might not work if the units aren't registered exclusively by the AI. I doubt it won't, but it's a possibility.

AI must have a powered Shield Battery.
The unit(s) must be able to reach the Shield Battery.
