Did you remove all campaigns or something?
By removing campaigns, I got mine less than 200MB including maps.
895MB if I have campaigns.

The majority of campaigns were removed. Added in SCMDraft and MPQDraft and a lot of random things. Not really worried about space. I think 4gb is plenty enough.

Compile the script into an exe, make it auto run off of the flash drive, have fun.
Also, you can make it force open ports (My computer is a bitch, and I got it past the Querying Gateway screen)
