Buggy Pull

Well, As the title states, I have a test map (in which i'm incorperating into a real map) That uses an interceptor to lay down a track (Defilers)
This track is then used to create a pulling effect that will gradually (but quickly) pull the vulture.

The problem is that it's buggy, especially with the detecting of units... It works sometimes, sometimes not. You'll see. You're given an observer to see the tracks, if you think you know what goes on.

What am I doing wrong? How do I fix it?
