No unit would stay there, unless it was unaffected by remove, but then nothing could remove it, Any Unit pretty much applies to everything.

Okay then, is there any unit that wouldnt be removed by kill but would be for remove?

Or another question, are there any units that arent considered by [men] or [buildings] ?

Anything naturally without hp isn't considered [men] or [buildings], such as a data disc or beacon.
