Not unless you and your partner plan on switching the maps manually, campaign triggers don't work in multiplayer.

To have an honourable and seemless game? I suppose you could try the "Endless" campaign...

I've been working on extracting and editing the Starcraft and Brood War campaigns for multiple players. That could suit what you need quite well, but it's far from done, and not that far from the starting point.

Afterward, I'll also be working on a campaign detailing Tassadar's work against the Zerg, at the start of Starcraft (during the Terran and Zerg campaigns), which'll have both 1 and 2 player versions.
