You use the starcraft downgrader, duh! Here is the link. Simply click on the patch that you want to downgrade to, and play your map! However, as you may already know, going on battle net will bring your starcraft up to date, undoing your downgrade. So therefore, mmaps that use EUD's, and aren't updated to the latest patch, are limited to single player!

You can always play on private servers such as ShadowFlare's realm!
