I used no cheats! If lifting was discouraged it would have been disabled. And the mutas are triggered to chase your lifted buildings so it's not simply floating away.

I'm more confused at how you managed to spend all your minerals...
I built marines until I ran out. Then lifted and split up.
Despite abusing barracks liftoff (and sacrificing two to the other side so the third can land in the one spot), I didn't hear no general's speech begin. Let alone finish.
SO, is there any? zxd
PS: I think it is because its an .ogg, so its probably only remastered compatible...
PS2: I made a version where you can hear the speech in 1.16.1 by making it .wav:

Hint: if you have to lift you are a newb
Well, in my case the real problem was incompatible sound format. The lift thing was just so I could last even longer in case the sound began later, but it never did even if I won ("your grandchildren are gonna love it" message)
