DETAILS
Made with the Map Production template. The inspiration to make this map came from realizing that I wanted to create an experience of space combat with a different playstyle than the original Starcraft game. There are automated factories you need to control in order to produce units. The world is an hostile environment, if not the aliens...there are also other threats awaiting the crew in the endless space.
I really welcome feedback of what went well and what could be improved as it is my first map to publish and I intend to update it provided I get comments

I liked the thematic feel with the injured command center.
Notes:
You need to fix the mission briefing, the game just loads immediately.
too much text at once on the first platform, I don't know what is as supposed to do with the explosives.
Really enjoying your game design talent so far.
Wasn't sure how to get the neutral science facility, battlecrusier, or physics lab. Not sure what the science cruiser was. So I just kinda lost. I'll probably do better the second time when I can see what was said.
yeah, played again and still not sure how to get the science crusier

This is really cool but there seems to be a glitch with the battlecruiser it never becomes player controlled. What's the give action look like?
You should try and start and finish your map yourself before you release, you might find more bugs like this one that kill game progress completely.

the meme is real!

Thank you! The Science Cruiser - to get it you need to release the scientist from the physics lab who will control it. Maybe there was too much action that the player skipped reading the message, hmm tricky!
Once you have it you will get a nice toy to play around and later will be asked to go to the power generator with it. There will be a timeout after which you will get it back under your control. You can also skip this part by selecting Ep6 from the starting options - it will take you directly to the point 'right after that' so you won't miss anything big!

What meme? :-D I honestly used a random generator for that name haha, did I miss something ?

The science cruiser platform has an event that looks like it tries to spawn an overmind, but it is unplaceable or something and immediately dies. But they still say something about how its a headache.
Also, I don't think the later episodes are beatable without starting from the beginning, as you'll be at a severe upgrade disadvantage.

Might have happened in some corner case, but the overmind is not important, it is just an obstale aimed to slow you down, you can proceed as normal.
The other episodes when you teleport you get the resources and shield/weapon tech that you would normally acquire by playing the earlier episodes. I play tested it and it works fine, jumping to the last episode is more difficult and you might need to be a bit more on the defense if you jump right to it.
