I'm pretty sure you've all seen the "Russian freerunning" things and people calling it parkour, but it's not. This is parkour, and that's one of my instructors. Just spreading the word on the part of WAPK (Washington Parkour).

I have no idea if you can win at parkour, but I think he did.
