It appears to be broken. Is it ever going to be fixed? Or is there some way for me to access files on it, because I'm looking for something.

I think it's a database with accompanying CMS. Not necessary a bunch of files you can just statically post.
Of course, one could render each page as static HTML through the CMS and post those...
