What exactly are your problems?
1) There's only 1 specific null tile that can be walked. Can't quite remember which one,but I think it's the rightmost of a bunch of black tiles. Or just copy it from another map. see next post
2) Doesn't work any different from cloaking units. Just look up a tutorial in the wiki
3) Switch randomizing is your best bet. 3 switches, for 8 outcomes. Or use randomized start locations and always chose P1.

which buildings are you looking to cloak? disable/enabling doodad state is how i make mine cloaked
