I have finally found a method to unprotect ANY map protected by ANY current protector. This includes about 4 different utilities and stuff but in the end - ANY map is unprotectable. I'm happy beyond measure.

Even the weirdest korean maps protected by CMP Debugger v1.74 can be unprotected.
