How do you set armor and weapon upgrade to allow 255 upgrades with additional price increase every time you buy 1.
Under scenario/upgrade settings select the upgrade you want and set 255 as max level. Set 1 as upgrade factor for either gas or minerals.

You'll need an advanced editor like ScmDraft. Then go into the mentioned upgrade settings and it should be pretty obvious what to enter where.
