Before you were like play wav, wait for (3*60+31) * 1000ms. It's easier, sure but brings a ton of wait block madness[2017-8-31. : 5:23 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I think he's understanding it, it's just weird after having not thought about trigger cycles or whatever for 10 years xD[2017-8-31. : 5:22 am] NudeRaider -- O)mGO)mG shouted: and with that single condition it will loop? it's really simple, omg. The DC starts at 0 at map start, so the trigger will fire right away and set the dc to the calculated amount. Another trigger subtracts 1 each trigger loop (every 84ms, or 11.9 times per second) from that dc. When that dc reaches 0 the music trigger fires again. That will be after the calculated time: FaRTy1billionFaRTy1billion shouted: well, (3*60+31) * 1000/84 [2017-8-31. : 5:21 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- and it doesn't need a condition other than always since it can't go below 0 anyway[2017-8-31. : 5:21 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- no, because then it would play every other frame. Subtract 1, so each trigger cycle it goes down by 1 and that is what makes it a timer[2017-8-31. : 5:20 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- always, subtract 1 death of turret or whatever for current player, preserve trigger[2017-8-31. : 5:19 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- yes, but you need the other trigger to always subtract 1 death[2017-8-31. : 5:19 am] NudeRaider -- FaRTy1billionFaRTy1billion shouted: also I might be wrong on 1000/84, it's something around there you're not. Don't doubt yourself. ![]() [2017-8-31. : 5:18 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- it should be the same, since it only happens when it's at 0[2017-8-31. : 5:15 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- by setting it to current player, you're basically just giving a unique timer to each player so they won't interfere with eachother[2017-8-31. : 5:14 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- you could make the timer for a specific player, but that causes weird things where only player 1 actually hears the sound[2017-8-31. : 5:14 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- whoever hears the wav, and make everything for current player[2017-8-31. : 5:08 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- also I might be wrong on 1000/84, it's something around there |
