The ground/flyer distinction is handled by one box, the flyer box. According to (I think your own) tooltip, if the box is unchecked, the unit is targeted by ground weapons.

The climbing animation is less of a concern. The problem is twofold: One, the only ways (of which I know) to make something move over terrain is to increase its elevation level or make it a flyer. However, neither of those make it able to be targeted by BOTH ground and air weapons.

Pr0nogo -- i didn't use firegraft plugins though, 1.16.1 plugins don't work for that, and all the hero abilities are done using basic limits of sc's engine (e.g. snipe/grenade toss replace existing spells)
