IT depends on how to mod is provided and the sc version. IF for 1.16.1 almost all (if not all) the mods will provide you with a .exe and all you need to do is double click it and it will run. for remastered some mods also provide with a single .exe file that you just double click and it runs, other mods could have folders along with them and you copy those to your sc installation. Note that before running mods making a backup copy of your sc folder is adviseable, though nothing wrong should happen and either way you can just reinstall. Also windows defender does NOT like mods at all so it might do anything between deleting the files or just blocking them.
