Corbo shouted: Dem0n jjf28 skip the campaign imo
skip the game imo
[2016-9-14. : 8:03 pm]
Corbo -- Dem0n
Dem0n shouted: I wonder if it's even worth it for me to play HotS and LotV
jjf28
jjf28 shouted: just watch the campaigns on YouTube :P
skip the campaign imo
[2016-9-14. : 8:01 pm]
Corbo -- Boxt
[2016-9-14. : 7:51 pm]
Dem0n -- What a waste of my hard drive space
[2016-9-14. : 7:51 pm]
Dem0n -- Shadow of Mordor GoTY is 90 gbs... ROFL
[2016-9-14. : 7:50 pm]
TF- -- there's super autistic stats because you could buy units in any order, so you needed to know what you were getting into..
[2016-9-14. : 7:49 pm]
TF- -- http://i.imgur.com/5ISZ9a3.png also had breakdowns written for each unit, they appeared when you clicked on the unit wireframe
[2016-9-14. : 7:48 pm]
TF- -- http://imgur.com/a/Hdnyp this is from early 2011, all functional
[2016-9-14. : 7:48 pm]
TF- -- i was going to do that for sc1 actually, but this was for sc2 wol
[2016-9-14. : 7:45 pm]
Dem0n -- Did you have like 6 different versions of each mission that corresponded to what the player had upgraded? LMAO
[2016-9-14. : 7:44 pm]
Dem0n -- did u
[2016-9-14. : 7:44 pm]
TF- -- i didn't care for their upgrade systems because i had better systems in my unreleased campaign in like 2010
[2016-9-14. : 7:43 pm]
TF- -- i watched them on youtube lol
[2016-9-14. : 6:33 pm]
jjf28 -- depends on whether you think the game will be fun or if you're just looking for closure
[2016-9-14. : 6:32 pm]
NudeRaider -- Dem0n
Dem0n shouted: I wonder if it's even worth it for me to play HotS and LotV
it's definitely fun.
[2016-9-14. : 6:32 pm]
NudeRaider -- jjf28
jjf28 shouted: just watch the campaigns on YouTube :P
uhhh no. the story is far less interesting than the gameplay. I love the concept of upgrades.
[2016-9-14. : 6:04 pm]
jjf28 -- just watch the campaigns on YouTube :P
[2016-9-14. : 5:57 pm]
Dem0n -- I wonder if it's even worth it for me to play HotS and LotV
[2016-9-14. : 5:51 pm]
TF- -- but to be fair everything became a melange of WoW-y gayness once WoW had gotten popular
[2016-9-14. : 5:51 pm]
TF- -- yeah
[2016-9-14. : 5:41 pm]
DarkenedFantasies -- The SC2 plot was pretty much lifted off of WC3, especially the 'Zerg are slaves' & 'Kerrigan is the chosen one' part of it, I think. When I played the SC2 campaign, I thought "hey, this really is Warcraft in space!"
[2016-9-14. : 4:54 pm]
Dem0n -- When did Skyrim get a difficulty harder than Master? =o
[2016-9-14. : 4:31 pm]
Dem0n -- Ahli
Ahli shouted: Dem0n well, it existed in SC1's lore already with the cycles and xel'naga being reborn via merging Protoss and Zerg...
But turning the Overmind into a pussy bitch "slave" was not. That shit pissed me off so much,.
[2016-9-14. : 4:14 pm]
NudeRaider -- https://pardonsnowden.org/
[2016-9-14. : 4:10 pm]
Ahli -- game: "here is this prophecy that tells you what will happen. You will most likely try to avoid it but it will still happen in some sneaky way." - player: "yay, prophecies are the best. I know what happens before it happens and cannot stop it! Yay!"
[2016-9-14. : 4:06 pm]
Ahli -- but prophecies are lame, indeed.
[2016-9-14. : 4:05 pm]
Ahli -- Dem0n
Dem0n shouted: Every Blizzard game just introduces some stupid prophecy to justify their outlandish and illogical plots. It can make sense in fantasy games like Diablo or Warcraft, but doing it in SC2 was fucking stupid.
well, it existed in SC1's lore already with the cycles and xel'naga being reborn via merging Protoss and Zerg...
[2016-9-14. : 4:04 pm]
lil-Inferno -- Oh_Man
Oh_Man shouted: Of course not disregarding the huge amount of work he put into the company. I respect him a lot and I hope he enjoys his retirement (at age 42 no less - WOW).
Probs rich AF
[2016-9-14. : 4:00 pm]
Dem0n -- Every Blizzard game just introduces some stupid prophecy to justify their outlandish and illogical plots. It can make sense in fantasy games like Diablo or Warcraft, but doing it in SC2 was fucking stupid.
[2016-9-14. : 3:51 pm]
Stranger -- Buy it ^^'
[2016-9-14. : 3:50 pm]
Stranger -- I agree with Oh_Man.. late Blizzard storylines didn't really need to go like this in my opinion.. I enjoyed playing their games but think it could have been better (espacially Legacy of the Void)
[2016-9-14. : 3:35 pm]
Vrael -- NZXT - "New Zealand Xtra Terrestrials"? IS THERE SOMETHING YOU'RE TRYING TO TELL US?
[2016-9-14. : 3:22 pm]
Oh_Man -- Of course not disregarding the huge amount of work he put into the company. I respect him a lot and I hope he enjoys his retirement (at age 42 no less - WOW).
[2016-9-14. : 3:21 pm]
Oh_Man -- i'm looking forward to future storylines from Blizz without Metzen's influence. In his later years the stories became very cliche. Starcraft, Warcraft, Diablo - all got hit with the cliche stick quite hard, and I think Metzen is a main factor there
[2016-9-14. : 3:18 pm]
Oh_Man -- http://i.imgur.com/bSEjs4T.jpg
[2016-9-14. : 12:46 pm]
Stranger -- They say Metzen will still do some voice acting for Blizzard games, even retired
[2016-9-14. : 11:46 am]
TF- -- also he was actually going to do the classic marine voice for sc2 instead of the neutered one
[2016-9-14. : 11:45 am]
TF- -- they should have kept him around for voice acting only, his marine/ghost/bc were great
[2016-9-14. : 11:43 am]
TF- -- metzen retired or something
[2016-9-14. : 11:04 am]
Moose -- FaRTy1billion
FaRTy1billion shouted: Mini Moose 2707 dunno, he talks about having to finish load tests or whatever whenever we're going to hang out
I bet he does finish his load tests. :teach:

Generalpie -- FaRTy1billion
FaRTy1billion shouted: it's funny too because that's the kind of people who gets mad when they have to pay for shit and don't get shit for free
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iwDDswGsJ60
[2016-9-14. : 6:22 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- it's funny too because that's the kind of people who gets mad when they have to pay for shit and don't get shit for free
[2016-9-14. : 6:21 am]
NudeRaider -- xD
[2016-9-14. : 6:20 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- But not with my tax dollars
[2016-9-14. : 6:20 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- NudeRaider
NudeRaider shouted: While you're at it stop paying taxes for police. Defend yourself! And get rid of firemen, just install a water tank next to your house.
you don't have to get rid of them, just contract them out to third-party companies
[2016-9-14. : 6:14 am]
Dem0n -- AYYY MONEY!!
[2016-9-14. : 5:24 am]
Lanthanide -- yes, I know you're more socialist than us, but obviously don't know any of the detail, since its not relevant to me
[2016-9-14. : 5:22 am]
NudeRaider -- I don't know, I just assumed people knew that EU has nice things. I mean ofc you don't know specifics, but at least that we don't leave our people hanging.
[2016-9-14. : 5:18 am]
Lanthanide -- NudeRaider
NudeRaider shouted: Not meant as an offense... but Sacrieurs opinions scare me. I'm just like wow, they do exist. It's like the opposite idea of what I'd consider of how to build a healthy society. And I know there must be a lot of people like him in the US or the system there wouldn't be there like it is. I've just never met anyone actually defending these ideas.#
yip, scares me too. NudeRaider
NudeRaider shouted: Lanthanide O.o I'm stunned that nobody really seems to know how our system of social security works. If you're sick longer than 6 weeks your employer doesn't continue paying you, but he also MUST NOT fire you. On the contrary, it's expected that if you DO return they'll help you to reintegrate into your old workplace. Practice is ofc a bit different... they'll probably want to get rid of you but it's hard because if you suspect it's because sick leave you can file a lawsuit and probably win.
why would I know how your system works?
[2016-9-14. : 5:14 am]
NudeRaider -- Mini Moose 2707
Mini Moose 2707 shouted: But only if you don't have to pay for the ambulance that tries to revive them.
damn, moose was faster
[2016-9-14. : 5:13 am]
NudeRaider -- While you're at it stop paying taxes for police. Defend yourself! And get rid of firemen, just install a water tank next to your house.
[2016-9-14. : 5:12 am]
NudeRaider -- If you want that, fine. But then call it what it is.
[2016-9-14. : 5:11 am]
NudeRaider -- FaRTy1billion
FaRTy1billion shouted: Everything you do is to benefit yourself, anyone and everyone else be damned
I get that. But that's healthy wild west, not a healthy society.
[2016-9-14. : 5:10 am]
NudeRaider -- Alzarath
Alzarath shouted: I wish the media didn't appeal to the stupidest common denominator. All I hear is shit-slinging going both ways. With all the time our TV spends on the news, I still don't know anything about what either of the parties are doing outside the Trump meme of building a wall.
it's all fun and memes until he actually builds it. I'm so looking forward to that  Everyone be like "I thought that was a joke!"
[2016-9-14. : 5:10 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- Everything you do is to benefit yourself, anyone and everyone else be damned

[2016-9-14. : 5:03 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- The government taking care of citizens? With my money? :lmfao:
[2016-9-14. : 4:55 am]
NudeRaider -- In that case, if you had an expensive rent and/or car you'll probably required to move and/or not be able to afford (an expensive) car. But until you DO move even the minmum pay is adjusted for your high living cost.
[2016-9-14. : 4:53 am]
NudeRaider -- Anyways, back to the security part: After 6 weeks your mandatory health insurance kicks in and pays you 70% of your former wage. Only when your health degraded so it's likely you'll never be able to work again you drop out and just get minimum pay like every long-term unployed person.
[2016-9-14. : 4:50 am]
NudeRaider -- Lanthanide
Lanthanide shouted: NudeRaider yip, so if you're often sick, it can make your budget pretty tight
O.o I'm stunned that nobody really seems to know how our system of social security works. If you're sick longer than 6 weeks your employer doesn't continue paying you, but he also MUST NOT fire you. [2016-9-14. : 4:05 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I have to do a personal experience assignment in my english class, and I don't know what to write about ;o somebody do it for me
[2016-9-14. : 4:03 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- Fire_Kame
Fire_Kame shouted: FaRTy1billion It was gloomy af today
here too, then suddenly there was so much rain that cars were pulled to the side of the road and you could barely see the road
[2016-9-14. : 3:54 am]
Fire_Kame -- 5 million cookies per second
[2016-9-14. : 3:48 am]
Fire_Kame -- FaRTy1billion
FaRTy1billion shouted: lol it's raining so much right now
It was gloomy af today
[2016-9-14. : 3:47 am]
Dem0n -- He also didn't have the balls to confront her about it
[2016-9-14. : 3:47 am]
Fire_Kame -- Dem0n
Dem0n shouted: Mini Moose 2707 There's an episode of The Office where Pam realizes she sucks at sales, so she makes up a new position and tells the guy who's from the corporate office of the company that just bought them out that they lost the paperwork but she really was given that job, and they go along with it
yeah bit the punchline was that he knew she was making it up, he just wanted to keep her because other than sales she was a solid employee
[2016-9-14. : 3:27 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- he texts me all throughout the day to look at certain libraries or concepts
[2016-9-14. : 3:27 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I guess he just reads about programming shit at work all day :P
