File Description

This is the newer version of SCPM, the utility that let's you create those awesome pictures into your map! Although it has some problems (like that it gives out two error messages on start-up but it works fine after that) but all-in-all it's a neat program just like 3.0!

4.1 supports:
Brightness / Contrast
Normal / Uncompressed Maps
Dimensions (Map Size)
Image Smoothing
Tileset

4.1 doesn't support:
Color Modes (Color, Grayscale, Custom (RGB sliders))
