File Description
This is a map protector created by Shadow, it's easy to recognize such protection because if you try to open them with SCMDraft, it will say "Unknown Tileset Encountered". :) It works quite well, because it crashes out all versions of OSMAP, from 1.00 to 1.10.

I use this one.

That's why you use a compressor like TinyMap ;) In fact, the newest version of TinyMap actually protects better than any current protection out there.
