This was intended to be the portrait for the Protoss Avatar that you can find in the GRP Unit section here (damn good guess on the Carrier). I don't remember the original author of it though, and what annoys me is that I used to know who made this. It *might* have been Joel Steudler but I'm not positive on that right now.
