Making a choice is one of the most powerful acts to build confidence in managers and leaders. Yet many bosses are squeamish about it. Some are reluctant to make a choice, while others procrastinate. Making a choice between different suppliers, for example, involves analyzing the past, historical data, and references as well as prices.
