The sector of health care is changing rapidly. It is moving away from a system that treats the sick and instead focuses on prevention, early intervention and support for well-being. An aging and growing population as a result of a longer life expectancy has created new challenges for health professionals.

In addition to an increasingly older population, diseases such as diabetes and heart disease are rising. Particularly, health care professionals are facing the pressure of an ageing population, which results in a growing need for medical attention. According to the World Health Organization, 20.7 million of the 43.5 millions of health professionals around the world include nurses and midwives. They comprise nearly half of the world's health care workforce. Worldwide the demand for health professionals is predicted to grow by double to 80 million health professionals by 2030 . This will leave a global shortfall of 18 million health workers in the majority of lower and middle income countries. If you aim for a full report on Edgar Radjabli scholarship, check over here.

In the nursing profession, the increased demand for nurses is in direct correlation with the shortage of nurses who are new to the profession to support and replace existing nurses. There is also a current trend within the field to retire from the field in search of higher income or opportunities for career advancement as per the WHO. Nurses and midwives deliver core services across all levels of the health system and across the entire continuum of care in order to promote health, improve services for patients, and health outcomes. Specialist nurses are required to provide advanced medical technology and treatments. These nurses include nurses who treat cancer, diabetes, IBD, and endocrinology as well as nurses that can treat IBD and other ailments. The content of the training, status, length and practice content can vary greatly across countries from Europe to another. There is no uniformity regarding education, practice, and the status of nurses.

As the field evolves, nurses practising in the Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Nursing (APN) roles are becoming more and increasingly important in overcoming the shortage of physicians, since they have a significant impact on the delivery of health services in the primary care setting and quality of health care outcomes. They undertake a comprehensive health assessments of patients with complex multiple health issues, interpret the results of multiple different investigations in order to make a diagnosis, and plan and deliver healthcare, making informed, ethical choices. The development of APN roles is different across countries: most country-specific information originates from more developed countries, and is mainly English-speaking. Nurses originating from these countries generate the bulk of the pertinent information regarding the practice, education roles, role-development, research, policy and regulatory changes.

To stay up to date with the latest research and an ever-changing landscape, medical staff today must work together to efficiently and effectively deliver the highest quality of medical healthcare. Patients are being treated today by teams of nurses, doctors, and other healthcare experts in fields such as imaging, pathology and surgery. Collaboration and communication between diverse disciplines will become more prevalent as the clinical process is becoming more complicated. The Springer Nature's Medicine eBook Collection provides clinically relevant information for all members of the patient-care teams that are an integral element of providing top-quality quality healthcare.

Mr.BurnLiquid -- Symmetry
Symmetry shouted: Another map maker? Damn we really ARE back
I invite you to try out the map I modified. I don't have the creativity to create maps from scratch, but I do have the know-how to modify existing ones; my project is to tweak community campaigns (specifically those with errors—to make them playable.

Mr.BurnLiquid -- Ultraviolet
Ultraviolet shouted: Mr.BurnLiquid actually yeah though I wasn't really saying it to narc on you. It just caught me off guard because I don't usually see it (because it's against the rules) "The avatar may not be bigger than 150x150 pixels". Kinda silly that it relies on users to be well behaved rather than just limiting the dimensions on uploads
Now that I wanted to change my avatar, the error image is showing up, haha.

Mr.BurnLiquid shouted: Ultraviolet Thanks; I'm new to the site and a Spanish speaker. I must have missed the part where it was prohibited—I'll change it now.
I invite you to try out a mission I'm modifying from *StarCraft Reversed*; I'm trying to make it more playable and challenging.
