Olive oil is generally considered great for both your well-being and health. There are numerous kinds of olive oil available on market. Each has a different set of properties. They are classified according to their acidity and oleic acid content. This determines how best to utilize the oils. If you want to know which type to use to what purpose this is what you have to keep in mind.

Extra Virgin Olive-Oil

This is usually regarded as the finest quality and the highest quality olive oil. It is extracted from olives that were harvested less than a day ago. The oils aren't extracted by extreme heat, chemicals or other methods. Even though extra virgin olive oil is a great source of an acidity quotient that is less than 0.8 per cent, you can also go one step further and opt for premium extra virgin oil', which is lower than 0.3 per cent. Since it packs in amazing flavor, it's best used as a drizzle on salads, meats, bread and more. It's also great for cooking with light ingredients like sautéing and stir-frying. Virgin Olive Oil

It is classified as fine virgin (acidity below 1.5 percent) as well as semi-fine (3.3 percent to 3.3 percent) and even virgin (2.0 percent). It is also taken from fresh olives, however the flavor and intensity are not as strong as the extra virgin varieties. It is suitable to bake, roast, and deep-frying.

Pure Olive Oil

It is less wholesome than the virgin olive oils, because the level of oleic acid is about 4 percent, and could also contain contaminants since heat is utilized in the process of extracting oil from the olives. It can be used for any cooking method that is traditional including stir-frying, deep-frying. It is not recommended to consume it raw however, it can be used in soups or salad dressing.

Refined Olive Oil

Like the name suggests, this refers to olive oils that have gone through a refining process, making use of chemical and heat to remove the residual oil that has been left behind after the initial extraction. It has a higher acid content than is recommended. The oils is actually always more fattening, and less tasty. It is not recommended to deep fry as it is stable and long-lasting.

Symmetry shouted: Another map maker? Damn we really ARE back
I invite you to try out the map I modified. I don't have the creativity to create maps from scratch, but I do have the know-how to modify existing ones; my project is to tweak community campaigns (specifically those with errors—to make them playable.

Mr.BurnLiquid -- Ultraviolet
Ultraviolet shouted: Mr.BurnLiquid actually yeah though I wasn't really saying it to narc on you. It just caught me off guard because I don't usually see it (because it's against the rules) "The avatar may not be bigger than 150x150 pixels". Kinda silly that it relies on users to be well behaved rather than just limiting the dimensions on uploads
Now that I wanted to change my avatar, the error image is showing up, haha.
