One can always hope for a Starcraft MMO, but I believe it will be a new Blizzard universe. There is also a very very VERY small chance of it being based on Diablo.
If it's Starcraft, I want an MMOFPSRPG. Like Sony's Planetside, but with quests, and better.

They've been recruiting for this for years now (at least 4, that I know of). I hear it'll be unveiled at the next BlizzCon.
Also, it isn't a StarCraft MMO (or any other universe they've previously created, for that matter). They've stated many times that it'll be in a completely new universe.

They already have fantasy, cyberpunk, and gothic. It's either steampunk, utopian future, or nowpunk. Steampunk is obviously best.
