Close please Nude, I'm a dumbass and don't know my map sizes. $\:dontgetit\:$
Also my scmdraft was messed up.

The dimension is not 196, but 192. That should solve you problem.

My scmdraft says in the listing of dimension 196x196, though, wtf?

Mine says 192x192. You may be reading it wrong or your scmdraft is not up to date.
