I doubt people will like the SCV...the bunker itself is still epic feed even without the ghosts. And if they rine player doesn't want the bunker to be killed they either will have to repair it with SCV which can feed the other hero or stand near the bunker which would strip off one of the rine's greatest asset: it's agility. Building one bunker you'll be grounded at one spot but building bunkers at more than one spot you risk that other bunker feeding your opponent.
Also it'll also be USELESS as time passes since the units inside the bunker can't get upgrades, and usually by the time rine gets level 3, it is already useless.
Can we have a disabled bunker where the ghost inside is yours, but you can't unload it? So its damage can be upgrade letting it to still be effective till mid/late game.

And since I think that's the main feature, I'll just release whatever I was able to do on top of that. I'm sure I'll need to do M9b after a week from all the bugs it might cause, so the unfished stuff will get tacked on there.
Call it 3.4m9 instead of just m9, so people see the 3.4 and think it's the old version and all jump in...

1. This is how the scv worked already in 3.4. A bunker alone gives shit for exp. Even unbuffed in 3.4, they were viable, and fun for a map control build. It also really locked summoner down early-mid game. Still, you might be right now that it's a level 3. Maybe Ill unbuff in m9b, and make it lv2 again with multiple vessels as lv3. I dunno.

Oh darn, yeah you have to cloak them...what about making those bunkers burning to begin with so they die in like, 10 seconds? IIRC you can't repair disabled bunkers right?
How about making it a new spell? I'm always wanting a 'dispell stun' spell on the rine, pleeeeeeease?Bunkers are like canons really, by the time l3 comes up they'll start getting weak...(melee heros will already be getting 10 armor vs those lings, making your bunker deal 30-10=20 damage, not to mention they can get an hp kit or two
As a rine I usually prefer mass mines against summy. Not only it rapes the lings it also gives the rine exp(I once played a rine vs summy game without killing a single spawn), and if their allies tank mines for the lings it will be very easy to predict where your opponent's hero will be and gang him. Tanking heros usually underestimate the power of mines(it's 270 damage, ALL AT ONCE! Come on learn your lesson!) and many times I've seen a zealot get himself to half death trying to tank mines for the summy, run into a stun...well you know what happened next...
(Mana and mine rine is fun to play with too >< ever K.O.'ed a warrior with mines and only mines?)
As for having science at level 3, I and my friends like it at level 2 as it allows the rine to really counter the dt----the sin is lonely with only one counter at night! Also suggest emp to be cheaper, 250 for emp is simply crazy and defeats its purpose already----can you make emp researchable like the vulture speed in m8t?

Mines have vision, so they are nice to have when defending against summy, because you can see where he or his allies are. With bunkers, they could get killed without you knowing.
I don't want to see vessel back at l3 and scv at l2. That would make marine just like 3.4. I liked going spell marine in m8. If it goes back to 3.4 spells, more people are going to stop going spells and go back to power rine.
The bunkers do seem weak, especially for an l3. Even with 30 dmg, unless they have pretty high hp, they will die before they can do very much damage. That is, unless they are massed, which would take a lot of mana that could be used for other spells.
BTW, is rine gonna be able to make armored refineries or whatever?
And I once killed a mutant with like 10 stacks of mines that he just ran straight in to. I also once got a warrior down to 9 hp with stacked mines, and then we proceeded to kill him. Killing people with mines is fun.
