I would like to offer this map(mostly in the idea phase) to anyone skilled enough to make it well. I don't have the time or energy to see this map through, but I think its a great idea.
If you would like to take up this project, then post here in this thread. I dont want my idea changed at all, if you can't handle doing it exactly as I have it planned then don't bother asking.
This map is based off of a game called Requiem: Bloodymare. The main thing I am picky about is the spells, I would have to talk to you about what you can and cant do before giving my idea to you.
[ STORY ]
Long ago, during the Ancient Ara, there lived 8 original races. These races lived in a lush world full of jungles, rivers, and mountains.
One day, legions of demons invaded the world, burning villages and destroying one kingdom after another. One by one the kingdoms of the world fell to the demons.
When it was over, the world lay in ruins, with demons roaming throughout. The once lush world was now a baron waste land, full of ash and violent demons.
No traces of what had happened were left behind.
Thousands of years later, decendants of the survivers, are left to wonder why their world is overrun by demons. There is nothing left, but survival.
Three races exist in this time known as the Turans, Bartuk, and Xenoans.
[ HOW THIS MAP WORKS ]
This map is a Player vs Player Arena. There are 5 flags, one in each corner of the map and one in the center. The objective is to capture as many flags as your team can hold. For every flag captured your team gains 5 points. For every 5 seconds you hold a flag your team gains 5 points. So the main objective is to hold as many flags as possible, and defend them from the other team. The first team to 1000 points wins the match. Each team starts on their own seperate side of the map. There are heroes in this map, and 3 races to choose from. Each race has their own seperate job. All jobs are magic jobs. I would like the main magic used in this map to be similar to a fireball from a sorceress in diablo 2. There are three types of this, Fireball, Lightning Chill Throw, and Electric Bolt, each one unique to its own race/job.
[ CLASSES ]
Templar: Templars are healers. They are ment to outlast their opponents, even though their attacks deal little damage. They can be extremely hard to kill becuase of the spells they posess.
Spells:
- Electric Bolt - Fires a bolt of electricity at opponents
- Heal - Heals target
- Sleep - Makes opponents fall into a deep sleep that lasts several seconds
- Blunt Strike - Stuns opponents for a short time

Shaman: Shaman are known for their superior magic attacks. They deal the most damage of any class with their spells. Shaman may lack magic, but they make up for that by using totems.
Spells:
- Fireball - Sends a ball of fire at opponents
- Chaos Totem - Makes all opponents in the area of the totem run around aimlessly
- Torrid Slash - Stuns opponents for a short time
- Healing Totem - Heals all allies within the area of the totem

Battle Magician: Small but quick, Battle Magicians are masters of powerful attacks. Battle Magicians can make quick work of their opponents, but if they have to retreat, their speed works in their favor.
Spells:
- Lightning Chill Throw - Fires a lightning infused ice boulder at their opponents.
- Natural Healing - Heals target for several seconds
- Vine Throw - Slows target so they cant retreat
- Approach - Using their speed a Battle Magician can easily catch up to an opponent or retreat at high speeds with this spell
