I've been trying to make a bound for the past couple weeks only to discover an imminent halt caused by Wait Blocks.

An assosciate of mine told me to use Death-Counts, however I don't know what they are and he refuses to explain, could somebody on here explain how to use, and make said Death-Counts?

Death counts are simply a place to store memory. Take a look at the wiki. http://www.staredit.net/wiki/Death_Counters

if you are running on fastest, 12 death counts=1 second if you are using hyper triggers, which i hope you are.

so you would set aside a unit for timers.
so if you wanted a 20 second timer, it would be 240 deaths of, say cantina

condition
-whatever it is-
action
set deaths for cantina to 240 for player

condition
player suffers at least 1 death of cantina
action
subtract 1 death of cantina for player

You could also start from 0 and add up 1 instead of subtracting 1 and set the condition to player has suffered at least x deaths of unit. It's preference really, but I like adding up death counts because I've always done it that way.

always subtracting 1 prevents you from going below 0, whereas if you always add 1, you'll probably want a "at most" condition rather than always.

Constructing a counterexample is answering the question: "Is Navier Stokes well posed?" in the negative

NudeRaider -- I only heard about it, didn't any news article, so what did it do then?
