For some reason in my map the computer unsieges his sieged tanks when i run away, even though i have siege disabled for the computer. Is this a result of an AI or something else? Is there any way to prevent this?

None.

I think the AI, by default, will always unsiege tanks to attempt attacking a unit that moved in range, then moved out. The AI does this to get closer and siege again, which is really dumb lmao.

Depending on what you want the tanks to do, making them ally you would probably work.

Exile is right, the siege tank automatically unsiege, due to the AI system. Blizzard probably made this for advancing siege tanks onto a base, to kill cannons/sunkens/bunkers in a base.

There are quite a bit of options for you. None of them are perfect, but you may find one that fits your circumstances.
-Detect if the computer has an unsieged tank. Peg a location on it, remove, and have a created Siege tank (in siege mode) be moved over to the new siege tank's location.
-Alternatively, you could just re-siege the tank by creating a new siege tank. This and the above solution will have a problem with firing rate, health, and status effects.
-You could give the siege tank to another computer who is allied to everyone, and has siege enabled. This will force the siege tank back to sieged mode. When the siege tank is in siege mode again, you can detect it, peg a location, and give. (or just give)
-Depending on your scenario, this option may be either very helpful, or not work at all: You could have a location (or a few locations) pegged on each siege tank. If (Foes) have no units within a certain location, give the siege tank inside of it to a computer allied to everyone. (These locations match the range (sort-of) of a siege tank.

Hmm... If the sieged tanks are invincible, will they unsiege?

None.

ᴄʜᴇᴇsᴇ ɪᴛ!

yes.

Just use hero tanks instead. They have no AI and will not unsiege.

I doubt it'd work, since the AI works off trying to get closer to the enemy for siege attacks.
Perhaps, you could have it spam giving the tank to a computer allied to everyone and back to the original computer so that the computer's AI would recheck the range every time, though it probably wouldn't work if the tank has already started to unsiege.

edit: wow, rockz comes in with an epic win. lol.

so it can be beaten by a prepared pro, even in macro games, if only barely. the muta micro in particular seems really hard to handle for protoss ground though. In the open goons can't catch them, in the base they trip over buildings, it just instantly flies out of storms and they fly circles around archons. Mass cannons do work, but can't cover the whole map with it. Probably need mass corsair to counter and hope you can outmaneuver all the scourge.
